CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND REFUND OF PRODUCTS SOLD BY DIGITAL LICENSE

In accordance with European legislation in this area, DIGITAL LICENSE allows its customers to return the product purchased on its site according to the following rules:

ONLINE PURCHASE OF A SOFTWARE ACTIVATION KEY:

In this specific case, except for unusable activation key or failure attributable to DIGITAL LICENSE, the customer, by accepting the General Conditions of Sale of DIGITAL LICENSE once obtained and displayed said license number, expressly waives any return or refund.

However, in the event that the activation key, even after acceptance of the T & Cs and display of the license number, is defective or unusable due to a failure attributable to DIGITAL LICENSE, the customer may, within 14 days after the purchase, request on Live Chat or by email at the following address: support@digital-license-shop.com, the replacement by a valid key number or the outright refund of the price paid.

DIGITAL LICENSE undertakes, after verifying the order number and the key number, to process the customer’s request as quickly as possible, with refunds being processed within 14 days from the date of request.

Our team is constantly working on verifying the licenses we purchase in order to provide our customers with software that is fully compliant with Microsoft’s terms and all applicable European directives. We also sign contracts with our suppliers to ensure product compliance and source.

This is why we offer with all our products a guarantee of conformity and validity of 2 years. In the event that the product key cannot be activated on the customer’s computer, even after assistance from our technicians (free and offered after purchase), DIGITAL LICENSE undertakes to replace the purchased key.
